Topic: Opportunities and Challenges of Large Model Applications

Abstract: In recent years, large-scale pre-trained language models have experienced rapid development, and both domestic and international industries have been actively exploring the application of these models in various scenarios and product forms. The applications related to large models have continued to evolve. Focusing on the technical principles and development trends of large models, we have specifically investigated the application paradigms of large models in different industries and scenarios. We have also introduced the diverse types of models within the large model ecosystem, encompassing various modalities such as text, speech, and images, as well as industries like finance, judiciary, and healthcare. Additionally, we have explored the applications of large models in AI assistants for tasks such as code analysis, document processing, and customer service, as well as large-scale model enterprise platforms.

Topic: Key Techniques and Applications of ChatGPT-like Large Language Models

Abstract: Language intelligence is an important research field of artificial intelligence, which mainly focuses on the intelligent analysis and processing of human language. Recently, large language models such as ChatGPT have attracted widespread attention from all walks of life, bringing about tremendous changes in the field of artificial intelligence. They have greatly improved various application scenarios such as human-machine interaction, content generation, and knowledge question answering, and promoted the industrialization of user-generated content (UGC) to AI-generated content (AIGC). This report will introduce the development history, applications, and challenges of large language models such as ChatGPT, as well as some of our related work, and look forward to future development directions.

Topic:Socially Responsible Artificial Intelligence: Interdisciplinary Exploration and Prospects

Abstract: With the widespread application of artificial intelligence globally, its impact across various domains is becoming increasingly prominent. There is a need to establish an interdisciplinary research framework that focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and social sciences, ensuring that technological advancements align with core human values. In this report, I will discuss how methods from the social sciences can help us address the diverse challenges posed by artificial intelligence. We will demonstrate how we apply psychometrics to assess artificial intelligence systems and practice the development of AI systems that align with human ethics. Through this interdisciplinary perspective, we aim to drive a more responsible, transparent, and human-centric development path for artificial intelligence.
